General Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant, FEMAL ARABIC SPEAKER to join our healthcare team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate must have prior accounting experience in a Home Health Care or Medical Center setting in the UAE, with strong knowledge of healthcare financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions

- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations

- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor revenue, billing, and insurance collections
- Coordinate with RCM and insurance teams for payment tracking
- Prepare VAT reports and ensure FTA compliance
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control
- Support internal and external audits

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
