General Accountant

UAE Experience Required

We are seeking a professional General Accountant with proven experience within the UAE, responsible for handling all accounting and financial matters, with strong knowledge of local tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system, including journals, invoices, and receipts.

· Prepare monthly financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

· Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.

· Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT (

· Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.

· Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize financial performance.

· Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

· Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

· Maintain an organized filing system for all financial and accounting records.

· Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required.

· Assist in payroll processing.

Requirements:

· Proven accounting experience within the UAE.

· Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations, including VAT

· Proficiency in accounting software.

· High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage the full accounting cycle.

· Arabic Nationality
