Work to do:

· Manage all accounting transactions

· Reconcile bank, petty cash, accounts payable and receivable

· Ensure timely bank bookings and payments

· Comply with financial policies and regulations

· Posting financial transactions using appropriate computer software

· Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks

· Managing petty cash accounts, preparation and handing over of petty cash

· Entering debits and credits into software applications and databases accurately

· Ensuring Cost centres are properly booked and match with accounts booking

· Preparation of bank applications, forms, letters and other related documents

· Ensure proper filing of supporting documents for each booking in system

· Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time

Skills required:

· Proven experience as accountant

· Familiarity with office procedures and very basic accounting principles

· Working knowledge of office devices and processes

· Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)

· Excellent communication skills and emails.

· Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

· Graduation in accounting or related degree
