Accounting Manager - Accounts & Finance-(Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager - Finance & Accounts to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising the finance functions, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, exception items & fixed asset accounting.
• Analysis of periodic reports.
• Review and reconciliation of financial data.
• Oversees and prepares entries and adjustments to records, files, and statements.
• Assists with financial and variance analysis. Ensures that acceptable delivery quality standards are maintained.
• Ensures that finance functions are completed in accordance with established policies and standards.
• Direct, supervise, and assist in appraising finance personnel.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: ACCA finalist or CA Finalist (Article ship completed).
• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a managerial role.
• BPO Experience will be a plus point.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Night shift availability is mandatory
