Financial Transactions & Operations
- Handle day-to-day purchase transactions and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system.
- Manage petty cash operations including disbursements and reconciliation.
- Maintain company credit cards, reconcile statements and record transactions accurately.
Payroll & Employee Accounting
- Prepare monthly salary and overtime calculations in coordination with HR.
- Calculate annual leave salary entitlements and gratuity, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process supplier payments and reconcile supplier ledgers.
- Follow up with vendors on outstanding balances when required.
Reconciliation & Reporting
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support monthly closing activities including prepayments, provisions, and amortization entries.
- Maintain accurate Fixed Asset Register and ensure proper tracking of additions, disposals, and depreciation.
VAT & Compliance
- Prepare VAT returns and upload data in the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) portal in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax and statutory requirements.
Audit & Documentation
- Prepare schedules, supporting documentation, and confirmations required for internal and external audits.
- Assist with audit queries and provide explanations of accounting entries when necessary.
Other accounts' related task.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
