Position Overview:
We are looking for a candidate to handle accounting tasks along with workers’ affairs and accommodation management.
Key Duties:
- Handle vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Prepare accommodation billing and follow up on collections
- Track company expenses and maintain proper records
- Manage petty cash and perform regular reconciliation
- Monitor maintenance costs and coordinate with suppliers
- Support visa processing, payroll inputs, and employee documentation
- Oversee labor camp operations as per UAE guidelines
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
- Experience in workers’ affairs and labor accommodation management (mandatory)
- Knowledge of UAE labor regulations and visa procedures
- Good coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Strong Excel and reporting skills

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
