General Construction Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will work on both residential and ag projects. We expect candidates to be proficient with industry hand and power tools. Applicant must have at least 3 years of carpentry experience, pay close attention to detail, take initiative, and the ability to be productive and meet deadlines unsupervised. A solid work ethic, honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude are required. The ideal candidate takes initiative and has a desire to learn the trade and to improve their skills. We take pride in a job well done!

Duties & Responsibilities

• General construction such as but not limited to: framing, hanging steel, installing windows, hanging siding
• Light concrete construction
• Must be able to work with heights
• Perform trim and finishing work
• Clean, maintain, and store tools and equipment properly
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and ensuring materials are stored properly.

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team is essential.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly.
• A commitment to safety practices on the job site is crucial.

Hourly wage is based on experience
