General Construction Worker/ Landscaping / Nursery

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepping, packing, and organizing sold products for delivery and installation at client locations
• Delivering and installing large interior plants, planters, custom vessels, and decorative pieces in luxury residential and commercial spaces
• Reading and following installation plans, floor layouts, and design direction from the lead designer
• Planting, potting, and building pieces for sale or for use on active client projects
• Using general construction skills including drilling, cutting, leveling, and basic carpentry on occasion around the nursery and job site.
• Safely moving heavy materials including oversized pots, stone planters, and mature trees using dollies, straps, and proper lifting techniques
• Protecting client property during installation including floor coverings, wall protection, and maintaining a clean job site at all times
• Performing basic plant care tasks on installation day including watering, pruning, and final styling
• Loading and unloading company vehicles and maintaining an organized, clean work truck
• Cleaning and maintaining the nursery, warehouse, company vehicles, and tools on a regular basis
• Using company-supplied software tools to track, update, and complete jobs accurately and on time
• Assisting with showroom upkeep, inventory, and prep work between installations
• Communicating clearly with the lead installer and design team throughout the job
• Following all safety protocols on job sites including proper lifting techniques and use of tools and equipment
• Performing general labor duties as required to support the installation and operations team

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in installation, construction, landscaping, delivery, or a related hands-on trade
• Comfort with general construction tools and tasks — drilling, anchoring, basic carpentry, and hardware installation
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet for extended periods
• A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, polished results
• Valid California driver's license and clean driving record (required)
• Experience with interior plants, horticulture, or landscaping is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
