Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various dental conditions. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
- Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy as needed.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed in accordance with aseptic techniques.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative instructions.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide exceptional patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices through continuous education.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and medical imaging.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with infection control standards and practices within a dental clinic setting.
- Previous experience in a dental office or clinic is advantageous.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
