General duty assistant

Key Responsibilities:Patient Care & Assistance:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Help with patient mobility, including shifting and positioning bedridden patients.
• Support nurses and doctors in routine medical procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing staff.

Hygiene & Sanitation:

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of patient rooms, beds, and common areas.
• Ensure proper waste disposal as per hospital infection control guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining stock of consumables such as gloves, masks, and linens.

Medical Support & Documentation:

• Assist in recording vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Help in preparing patients for diagnostic tests and treatments.
• Maintain basic documentation of patient care activities.

Emergency Support:

• Provide basic first aid and CPR in emergencies.
• Assist in patient transportation within the facility.
• Support in managing critical care situations under supervision.

Coordination & Communication:

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) certification from a recognized institute.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,275.03 - ₹15,000.00 per month
