Job Summary

The General Foreman is responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of site activities across all trades for villa construction projects. The role ensures smooth execution, productivity, safety, and quality in line with project schedules and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities across civil, finishing, MEP, and external works.
• Manage and guide foremen, supervisors, and site manpower.
• Plan daily and weekly work schedules in coordination with Site Engineers and Project Manager.
• Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor productivity, progress, and resource utilization on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely execution of works.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and UAE HSE regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and site coordination meetings.
• Identify and resolve site issues related to sequencing, manpower, or materials.
• Report daily progress and site updates to project management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / ITI / Trade Certificate in Civil or Construction discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 8–15 years of UAE experience, including villa or residential projects.
• Proven experience as a General Foreman or Senior Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and safety regulations.
