Job Title: General Helper

Job Summary:
The General Helper will support day-to-day operational and site activities across various sectors including Civil, MEP, Hospitality, Agriculture, and other project-based environments. The role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and willingness to perform a variety of tasks as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers such as electricians, plumbers, masons, carpenters, and technicians on-site.
• Perform basic tasks related to civil works, MEP maintenance, hospitality support, or agricultural activities as required.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers.
• Support installation, maintenance, and repair work when needed.
• Adhere to company safety policies and use PPE at all times.
• Carry out any other duties assigned based on project requirements.

Work Conditions:

• Work allocation may vary depending on project (Civil, MEP, Hospitality, Agriculture, etc.).
• Duties and responsibilities are flexible and may change based on operational needs.
• Overtime or extended hours may be required depending on project deadlines.
• Accommodation, transportation, and other benefits will be provided as per company policy (if applicable).

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,250.00 per hour
