General Laborer

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our field services team. This is an entry-level, non-technical position offering on-the-job training with opportunities for advancement. The role involves assisting equipment operators and technicians in a variety of outdoor and industrial environments, ensuring safety and efficiency at every job site.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of specific service equipment.
• Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, and debris removal using shovels and hand tools.
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and protocols on job sites.
• Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors to complete daily tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support project goals and timelines.
• Assist with job site cleanup and restoration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No previous technical experience required—training provided.
• Must be able to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs., walking, bending, standing for extended periods).
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (CDL a plus but not required).
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional weekends, as needed.
