General Laborer

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for General Laborer roles in Fort Worth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties including material handling, loading/unloading, and facility upkeep
• Accurately enter, track, and update data related to production, materials, and inventory
• Operate basic equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and reporting goals
• Assist with quality checks and ensure accurate documentation of work performed
• Report any safety issues, equipment malfunctions, or process concerns to supervisors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior data entry experience required (accuracy and attention to detail essential)
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
• Prior experience in a warehouse, production, or labor role is preferred
