Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated professionals with strong experience in R2R (Record to Report) and General Ledger Accounting. The ideal candidate will support core GL activities, ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, and contribute to smooth month-end close processes. Strong accounting fundamentals and effective communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform General Ledger accounting activities in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial data
• Prepare and review account reconciliations within defined timelines
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Post journal entries including accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions
• Identify process gaps and recommend control improvements
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and analysis as required

Mandatory Skill Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in R2R (Record to Report) and General Ledger Accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle / Workday
• Experience working in a shared services or BPO environment
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting and accrual processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
