General Ledger Manager

Education & Professional Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (CA, ICAI) / ACCA is mandatory.
• Additional degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.

Experience

• 5 to 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior GL/Audit leadership role.
• Prior exposure to real estate development in Dubai/UAE is mandatory.
• Proven track record in finalization of accounts, statutory audit, and consolidation under IFRS.

Technical Competencies

• Expert knowledge of IFRS (including IFRS 15 - Revenue Recognition for Real Estate, IFRS 16 - Leases, IFRS 9 Financial Instruments).
• Hands-on experience in GL accounting, intercompany reconciliations, audit coordination, and compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Yardi, MS Dynamics, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZOHO etc.).
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT framework, and regulatory requirements.
