General Manager

Founded in 2013, Sepaş Enerji is committed to promoting conscious consumption and enhancing accessibility to illuminate every moment of life through an innovative and sustainable approach. As the officially authorized electricity supplier by the EMRA for the provinces of Bolu, Düzce, Kocaeli, and Sakarya, we provide electricity to approximately 2 million customers across Turkey, including major industrial enterprises, healthcare institutions, and public organizations.

We are now looking for a dynamic and visionary General Manager to strengthen our leadership in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields,
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the energy – electricity sector, including at least 10 years in top executive roles,
• In-depth knowledge of regulations and legislation in the electricity sector,
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English,
• Proven track record in strategic planning, process management and leadership,
• Capable of conducting forward-looking analyses and projections aligned with organizational needs, and of developing strategic plans accordingly,
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful team management.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining effective communication at the highest level with Company Shareholders,
• Identifying the Company’s strategies and objectives and defining medium and long term strategies, policies, and action plans to achieve these goals,
• Ensuring the proper, optimal, and efficient allocation and utilization of Company resources in line with strategic objectives,
• Engaging all Company functions to achieve the transition from the current state to the desired state,
• Monitoring internal and external factors that may impact the Company’s financial position, and taking timely and appropriate action,
• Ensuring the Company’s ongoing operation within a corporate framework by enhancing the satisfaction of stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, employees, and the community,
• Ensuring the effective utilization of technological advancements to support the Company’s core objectives and meet customer needs,
• Providing leadership across the entire Company to ensure the effective operation and smooth functioning of management systems (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 10002).
