General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of Hardware, Electrical, and Construction materials, and the ability to manage teams and business development effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
• Supervise sales, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain strong supplier and client relationships.
• Monitor market trends in the hardware, electrical, and construction industry.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a senior management role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, electrical, and construction products.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
