• Oversee and manage daily operations of the home nursing services.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Plan duty schedules and allocate staff as per patient needs.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and comfort standards are maintained.
• Handle client queries and resolve service-related issues.
• Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and families for smooth care.
• Monitor performance of staff and provide necessary training.
• Maintain records, reports, and patient care documentation.
• Support marketing and business growth activities.
• Report regularly to management about services and improvement
