What you’ll do?

• Lead the end-to-end launch of new automotive brands in the KSA market, ensuring successful entry and sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans to drive profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and scale new greenfield operations, including business processes, governance frameworks, and operational structures.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
• Collaborate with Group leadership and business stakeholders to align the automotive strategy with overall organisational objectives.
• Drive excellence in customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.

Who you are?

• A seasoned leader with 15+ years of experience in the automotive sector, including significant exposure to brand launch or greenfield projects.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with proven success in scaling businesses and achieving growth targets.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
