Ideal Candidate Profile

• A proven MICE industry leader with 15+ years in events, hospitality, or corporate travel.
• A closer and storyteller – with the ability to pitch, persuade, and win top corporate accounts.
• Hands-on experience in executing large-scale incentive trips, offsites, and conferences with precision.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability.
• A natural leader and motivator , able to inspire teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
• A powerful network of corporate clients, luxury hotels, venues, and global suppliers is highly desirable.
