We're Hiring: General Manager – Riyadh, KSA

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for building businesses from the ground up? Our client, a global leader in off-grid power solutions, is expanding into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — and they’re looking for a General Manager to lead the charge.

📍 Location: Riyadh, KSA

📊 Reports to: GCC Regional Director

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead the setup and growth of the KSA business, including legal, operational, and commercial foundations.
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion across the region.
• Manage full P&L and ensure operational excellence.
• Build and lead a high-performing local team.
• Liaise with government bodies (MISA, ZATCA, etc.) to ensure compliance and secure permits.
• Oversee production, logistics, after-sales, and procurement functions.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of leadership in power solutions or industrial manufacturing.
• Proven success in launching and scaling operations in KSA.
• Strong commercial acumen and full P&L ownership experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience in renewable energy is a bonus.
