General Manager

With a strong commitment to excellence and innovation in education, we are seeking an experienced and results-oriented General Manager to lead our operations and drive continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all academic, operational, and administrative functions of the institute.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve institutional goals.
  • Manage financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop academic and administrative teams.
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance business growth through effective marketing and student enrollment strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Report regularly to the management on institutional performance and development plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of management experience within the education sector.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of educational operations, compliance, and customer service.
