Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager to lead operations from our Vadodara head office. This senior leadership role involves overseeing multiple business verticals, driving strategic growth, and ensuring operational excellence across real estate, trading, and hospitality divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all divisions
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure project alignment and efficiency
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Represent the company in high-level meetings, partnerships, and negotiations
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards
• Report directly to the Board of Directors or company leadership

Education:

• MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or Management is a plus

Experience:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in real estate, construction, or diversified business operations
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
• Experience in strategic planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹98,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
