About Us:
Italco International LLC is a leading provider of premium interior fitout and joinery solutions. We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of our operations, sales, and projects, ensuring business growth, team excellence, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Management:
- Develop and implement company strategies and business plans for sustainable growth.
- Set operational goals, budgets, and performance targets aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
2. Operations & Project Management:
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of interior fitout and joinery projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
- Streamline operations and processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
3. Sales & Client Relationship Management:
- Drive sales initiatives, business development, and new client acquisition.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and progress reports for management review.
4. Financial Oversight:
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
- Approve procurement, vendor contracts, and resource allocation.
- Provide regular financial and operational reports to senior management.
5. Team & Labour Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage all staff, including project managers, site engineers, and labour teams.
- Plan workforce requirements and ensure proper resource allocation across projects.
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
6. Quality, Health & Safety:
- Maintain high-quality standards across all projects.
- Implement safety policies and procedures to ensure safe working conditions.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance.
7. Administration & Reporting:
- Oversee office administration, project documentation, and reporting systems.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments and teams.
- Provide management with comprehensive operational and progress updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6–7 years of proven experience in Interior Fitout & Joinery projects in UAE.
- Strong expertise in operations, sales, labour management, and project execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- UAE Driving License – mandatory.
- Ready to join immediately within 2–3 weeks.
- Educational & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA in Management/Operations (preferred)
- Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP, Prince2) or Interior Fitout/Joinery (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of interior fitout processes, materials, and joinery techniques.
- Familiarity with budgeting, procurement, and resource planning.
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws, safety regulations, and construction compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
