Role Overview
The General Manager will take overall responsibility for the operational performance, profitability, and strategic growth of the Food & Beverage business. This includes overseeing daily operations, driving commercial strategies, enhancing brand positioning, and ensuring sustainable financial success.
The GM is expected to bring proven experience as a Business Lead, Director, and Marketing Strategist, with strong expertise in strategy, brand development and direction, tech-driven marketing, social media, and modern operational practices. The role requires balancing operational excellence with innovation, ensuring the company delivers outstanding guest experiences while maintaining a strong competitive edge in the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to ensure profitable growth and operational excellence across the F&B division.

Collaborate with the board to define long-term objectives, expansion opportunities, and brand positioning.

Lead the development and execution of brand direction and marketing strategies, ensuring consistent positioning across all customer touchpoints.

Integrate technology-driven solutions into operations, marketing, and customer engagement (social media, CRM, digital platforms, loyalty programs).

Drive innovation in menu offerings, service models, and customer experiences to adapt to evolving market demands.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while upholding brand, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Monitor operational and financial performance against plans, budgets, and KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed.

Build, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, customer experience) to achieve business goals.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to anticipate trends, inform business decisions, and strengthen brand competitiveness.

Develop partnerships and supplier relationships that enhance both brand equity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 10 years of direct management experience in F&B or hospitality operations with full financial accountability.

Experience in managing diverse formats (restaurants, QSR, casual dining, catering, or hospitality outlets).

Strong background in marketing, digital transformation, and customer-centric business growth strategies.
Experience

12–15 years of relevant work experience, with at least 10 years in a senior management role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
Skills

Proven track record as a Business Lead, Director, or Marketing Head with strong operational and commercial acumen.
