Position Overview

We are seeking a senior leader to spearhead growth initiatives, oversee key
client relationships, align cross-functional teams, and ensure commercial
success. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, hands-on professional with
extensive expertise in media strategy, client engagement, and business
expansion within the Saudi market. This is a pivotal leadership position for
someone who excels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The position can be based in either Jeddah or Riyadh; however, if located in Riyadh, the candidate must be open to frequent travel to Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities


  • Drive new business initiatives to achieve significant increases in gross income.
  • Develop and execute plans to broaden services within the existing client portfolio through innovative, value-driven solutions.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic alliances and emerging revenue streams, particularly in content, data, innovation, and AI.
  • Lead and strengthen strategic relationships across all client touchpoints.
  • Organize high-level workshops and deliver thought-leadership initiatives to enhance client positioning.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and reputation-building efforts.
  • Encourage innovation and collaboration across creative, digital, and media teams.
  • Promote award-worthy work and lead the development of impactful media cases for industry recognition.
  • Collaborate with data and technology teams to develop and commercialize AI-enabled media solutions.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through structured mentorship, skill-building programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Define KPIs and implement a robust annual performance review framework for all team members.
  • Foster integration across creative and digital units to ensure seamless delivery for clients.
  • Partner with finance and commercial teams to achieve profitability objectives.
  • Streamline operational structures and cost efficiencies, including the use of offshoring models where applicable.
  • Oversee budgeting, revenue forecasting, and P&L performance to ensure financial health.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising or a related field; an MBA is a strong advantage.
  • 10+ years of experience in media or digital marketing, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management within the Saudi market.
  • Deep expertise in media strategy, planning, buying, and digital transformation.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, build, and retain top-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with P&L management and profitability enhancement.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
