General Manager

The General Manager at Jimmy Johns manages all functions of the restaurant to ensure customer service and high quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. He or She is Responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate, sandwiches and world class customer service. The General Manager must perform all duties, manage a staff of 15-30 employees, assign, oversee, and evaluate work. Provides on the job training for new employees, as well as on- going training, delegates and is responsible for the ordering, scheduling, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and supplies. Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. Audits all daily and weekly procedures, cash handling. Must be able to work 40+ hours a week, willing to work holidays, overtime, and weekends as business dictates.
