General Manager

1. Total experience preferred of 20 - 25 years + in real estate

2. Minimum experience of 6-8 years in a single company of repute.

3. Should have been involved at the conceptualization of a high rise.

4. Should have headed and completed the High rise projects.

5. Prefer candidate with experience of Mivan construction.

6. Knowledge of contractor rates, construction timeline, marketing, sales, and all things required to start and finish the project.

7. ERP implementation

Salary will be - 1,00,000/- to 1,50,000/- (Per month)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
