General Manager

Oakwood Carpentry is looking for a General Manager.

Duties:

• The General Manager will be responsible for leading the current management team and delivering the company's future plans in line with the vision of the Group.
• The GM will suggest a long-term growth strategy and present to the management current, short term, and long-term business plans.
• To deliver on increasing Sales, Brand Equity and customer loyalty within the UAE and look at expanding into any potential markets outside the UAE.
• To manage resources in an optimum manner and motivate the team to achieve and exceed set goals.
• To scale up the operations in line with planned growth by adopting best practices and leveraging technology.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven success in a managerial role
• Strong decision-making ability
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
• Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
• Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field
• Experience in conducting performance evaluations
• Working knowledge of human-resources processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
