The General Manager Real Estate is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of real estate projects, including planning, acquisition, development, sales, leasing, and property management. The role ensures business growth, customer satisfaction, and financial profitability through strategic planning, team leadership, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Management

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals in real estate development and sales.
  • Oversee land acquisition, feasibility studies, market analysis, and project budgeting.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.

Sales, Marketing & Business Development

  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and meet occupancy/sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and motivate multi-functional teams including sales, operations, and property management.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
