Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all business functions.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Oversee project development, sales, marketing, and operational activities.

• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE legal, regulatory, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience as a General Manager in real estate or property development (UAE experience preferred).
• Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
