General Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue and market share.
  • Identify new opportunities in off-plan and secondary property segments.
  • Build and expand strong broker and developer relationships across Dubai.
  • Lead expansion plans, including new projects, territories, and partnerships.

Sales Leadership & Revenue Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies and commission structures.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, conversions, and performance metrics.
  • Drive high-value transactions and key client acquisitions.

Operations & Team Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the real estate business.
  • Build a high-performance culture with accountability and results-driven mindset.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top-performing agents and managers.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and admin teams.

Client & Relationship Management

  • Develop strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, and developers.
  • Ensure exceptional client experience and service delivery.
  • Handle escalations and critical negotiations.

Compliance & Market Knowledge

  • Ensure adherence to RERA regulations and Dubai real estate laws.
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain ethical sales practices and company standards.

Financial Performance

  • Manage overall P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Optimize operational costs while maximizing profitability.
  • Analyze reports and KPIs to guide business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in UAE real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in off-plan and secondary sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and scaling teams.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai property market and RERA guidelines.

  • Strong broker network and developer connections in Dubai.
  • Ability to drive recruitment and build large sales teams.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
  • High level of commercial and financial acumen.
