Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue and market share.
- Identify new opportunities in off-plan and secondary property segments.
- Build and expand strong broker and developer relationships across Dubai.
- Lead expansion plans, including new projects, territories, and partnerships.
Sales Leadership & Revenue Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies and commission structures.
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversions, and performance metrics.
- Drive high-value transactions and key client acquisitions.
Operations & Team Management
- Oversee daily operations of the real estate business.
- Build a high-performance culture with accountability and results-driven mindset.
- Recruit, train, and retain top-performing agents and managers.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and admin teams.
Client & Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, and developers.
- Ensure exceptional client experience and service delivery.
- Handle escalations and critical negotiations.
Compliance & Market Knowledge
- Ensure adherence to RERA regulations and Dubai real estate laws.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Maintain ethical sales practices and company standards.
Financial Performance
- Manage overall P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Optimize operational costs while maximizing profitability.
- Analyze reports and KPIs to guide business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in UAE real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in off-plan and secondary sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and scaling teams.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai property market and RERA guidelines.
