About the Role

WADIC is looking for a dynamic and performance-oriented Marketing Manager to oversee and drive the company’s end-to-end marketing operations. This role plays a critical part in strengthening brand positioning, generating high-quality leads, and accelerating long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and brand management—preferably within the technology or web development industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position WADIC as a leading web development company.
  • Oversee all marketing functions including branding, digital campaigns, content creation, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Establish KPIs, performance benchmarks, and reporting systems to monitor and optimize results.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Lead SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic rankings and online visibility.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and retargeting platforms.
  • Enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Utilize analytics tools, CRO techniques, and heatmaps to improve website engagement and lead conversion.

Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Supervise the development of high-quality content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media creatives.
  • Create and manage structured content calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Track social media trends and optimize strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

Email Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, engagement, and retention.
  • Build automated workflows using platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
  • Optimize lead funnels through A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate and qualify B2B leads.

Brand Management & Public Relations

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline channels.
  • Manage PR initiatives including press releases and media outreach.
  • Explore strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Organize webinars, virtual events, and industry-focused sessions to build thought leadership.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to enhance scalability and efficiency.
  • Utilize CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to manage and nurture leads.
  • Deploy chatbots and AI-driven tools to improve customer engagement and interaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a technology or web development company.
  • Strong command of SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, social media strategy, and email automation.
  • Proven analytical ability to measure KPIs and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of web development concepts and current industry trends is an added advantage.
