Job Title: General Manager (F&B Operations)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations, performance, and strategic growth of our multi-brand business portfolio in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in hospitality, F&B operations, and business excellence, capable of driving profitability, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience across all brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Drive the overall business strategy in alignment with company goals
  • Identify growth opportunities, new concepts, and expansion plans
  • Lead organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

2. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations across all brands and outlets
  • Ensure consistency in service quality, brand standards, and guest experience
  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs across FOH, BOH, and support functions

3. Financial Performance

  • Manage P&L, budgets, and cost control initiatives
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining optimal cost ratios
  • Ensure HR cost, food cost, and operational expenses are within targets

4. Team Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and leadership teams
  • Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values
  • Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development

5. Customer Experience & Brand Excellence

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across all touchpoints
  • Drive innovation in guest experience and brand positioning
  • Maintain consistency in brand identity and quality standards

6. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws, health & safety, and food safety regulations
  • Oversee audits, licensing, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent is an advantage
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in F&B / Hospitality
  • At least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (GM / Operations Director level)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen
  • Proven experience managing multi-unit operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing multi-brand or multi-outlet operations
  • Exposure to GCC / Middle East market
  • Experience in premium or specialty coffee/lifestyle brands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR26,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
