General Manager II – ODP Business Solutions
The General Manager II oversees ODP Business Solutions supply chain facilities, ensuring operational excellence across distribution, fulfillment, and transportation functions. This role is responsible for achieving performance goals, managing P&L, and driving continuous improvement while upholding safety and compliance standards. The General Manager II develops high‑performing teams, strengthens operational capabilities, and serves as the primary liaison between facility operations and corporate leadership to support company initiatives and deliver exceptional service across all managed sites.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $140,000.00/year to $175,000.00/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.

You will be eligible to participate in an incentive program, paid in accordance with the Incentive Plan terms and conditions.
