Lead Generation Supervisor

The Lead Generation Supervisor manages the in‑house telemarketing team to ensure consistent delivery of qualified leads, database growth, and coordinated support for Sales and Marketing. The role focuses on high-performance team leadership, structured outreach operations, and maintaining a healthy, well-segmented prospect database.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of ~20 telemarketing agents.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly qualified lead targets and maintain lead quality standards.
  • Improve Sales acceptance rate and ensure accurate lead qualification.
  • Build, verify, and grow the B2B database across Egypt, KSA, UAE, Oman, and Iraq.
  • Drive 8–12% monthly database growth with ongoing data cleaning and segmentation.
  • Support marketing campaigns, follow-ups, and event outreach activities.
  • Maintain structured reporting, performance tracking, and operational discipline.
  • Develop internal talent and prepare high-performing agents for cross-department opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Proven experience supervising or leading teams.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Good understanding of CRM workflows, data segmentation, and lead qualification.
  • Experience in IT services or B2B technology environments preferred.
