About the role:
Own and lead the ISM business with full P&L responsibility, steering revenue, profitability, and market share to new heights. Guide the strategic roadmap, align with Board‑level priorities, and ensure strong financial discipline across CAPEX and OPEX. Oversee a diverse industrial portfolio Electrical Solutions (LV Panels & MV Switchgear) and steel products driving competitiveness, capacity growth, and new revenue channels. Build a customer‑obsessed, innovation‑driven organization where continuous improvement, operational excellence, and talent development fuel sustainable success.
Key Accountabilities:

Own overall P&L and ensure achievement of revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

Prepare, control, and present annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets.

Lead the business using effective business development strategies, market opportunities, and management tools.

Oversee ISM’s two core offerings: Electrical Solutions (LV Panels and MV Switchgear) and complementary steel products (containers, enclosures, fuel tanks, E Houses, and mufflers).

Develop and present annual objectives, business plans, strategies, and budget proposals to the Board, including policy improvement recommendations.

Ensure strict compliance with corporate identity, branding, quality standards, and the company management system.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operations.

Ensure complete customer satisfaction across all aspects of the business.

Strengthen public relations and sales promotion activities to increase market awareness and brand visibility.

Diversify the customer base and revenue streams while growing market share and company offerings.

Support expansion of production capacity and enhance the competitiveness of market offerings.

Lead people development by improving professionalism, motivation, performance, and implementing succession planning.

Promote knowledge transfer, R&D initiatives, product quality enhancement, and development of new products.
Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude:
Educational Qualifications and Certifications:

University Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
Knowledge:

Detailed knowledge of the product, sectors, industries and the economic market they operate in.
Technical Skills:

Strong PC literacy with exceptional proficiency in MS Office.
Language Skills:

Fluency in both English and Arabic.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:
-
Minimum 20 years’ experience within the same industry.
-
Minimum 5 years in senior management.
