General Manager

Key Responsibilities

•Provide full ownership of end-to-end operations across the organization.•Manage and resolve major customer and stakeholder escalations.•Ensure high standards of service delivery, efficiency, and compliance.

Financial & Performance Management

•Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.•Conduct weekly performance and business review meetings with the CEO.•Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and financial performance, implementing corrective actions where required.

Leadership & People Management

•Lead and manage AOMs, Supervisors, OCT, and Support Functions.•Drive workforce planning, resource allocation, and hiring strategies.•Build a high-performance culture through clear accountability and leadership development.

Strategy & Growth

•Drive operational strategy aligned with organizational objectives.•Lead growth initiatives and ensure onboarding targets are achieved.Support expansion plans through scalable processes and resource planning

Pay: From BD900.000 per month
