General Manager 4 - Food

Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead food service operations for a Corporate Services account in Pooler, GA. In this high-profile role, you will manage daily food service and catering operations, financial performance, team development, and client relations. Responsibilities include budgeting, strategic planning, marketing, HR functions, and ensuring exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management as well as culinary arts with proven success in budget management, team leadership, and client engagement. Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams are essential for success in this role.

This is a Monday-Friday operation that typically operates from 5:30am-3pm!

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with a proven track record of strong leadership and food service management

• Demonstrated fiscal responsibility, including budget forecasting and effective control of food and labor costs

• Excellent leadership and administrative abilities, including hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams

• A commitment to building and maintaining strong client and customer relationships through exceptional service

• High level culinary production experience and thorough knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
