Job Description: General Manager

Location: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 10+ Years (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Industry: Real Estate Builders & Industrial PEB Construction Company

Department / Domain: Civil, Construction, Commercial, Warehouse, Infrastructure, RCC Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.

2. Project Oversight: Supervise execution of multiple civil projects ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance.

3. Team Management: Lead and mentor project and site teams to ensure high performance and accountability.

4. Business Development: Identify new opportunities, client relationships, and growth avenues.

5. Quality & Safety: Maintain high standards of quality control, safety compliance, and cost efficiency.

6. Financial Control: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization.

7. Risk & Compliance: Mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry and statutory norms.

8. Client Relations: Build long-term professional relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

* 10+ years of experience in Civil Construction / Infrastructure Projects.

* Strong background in *Commercial, Industrial, Warehouse, RCC, and PEB Projects*.

* Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams.

* Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills.

* Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
