Hiring: Senior Project Manager (High-Rise Development)

Are you a battle-tested construction leader who has delivered skyscrapers from ground-break to handover?

I am recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale high-rise project in Karachi, for one of our clients, a premier diversified business group. This is a Client-Side leadership role.

The Mission

• Full Ownership: Lead the complete project lifecycle from start to end.
• Command & Control: Manage the Main Contractor, Sub-contractors, and Lead Consultants.
• Technical Authority: Oversight of vertical logistics, complex MEP, and high-end finishing.
• Board Liaison: Act as the primary "Owner’s Representative" on-site.

The Profile

• Experience: 15+ years in Civil Construction (at least 2 completed 30+ story projects).
• Education: B.E. Civil Engineering (PMP/Masters is a plus).
• Skills: Expert in FIDIC contracts, variation management, and high-pressure stakeholder diplomacy.
