Job Objective:

Develop and implement strategies and key objectives for specialized educational programs and initiatives that align with the vision and strategic goals of the company.

Prepare budgets, define work teams, and allocate tasks and responsibilities.

Plan and oversee the implementation of the specialized educational programs assigned to the department.

Supervise the development and updating of policies, procedures, and work models for all departmental activities, ensuring they align with international best practices and standards.

Oversee the establishment of standards for educational programs in accordance with international standards and best practices to ensure quality outcomes and keep up with the latest developments.

Establish partnerships with leading global educational companies to leverage their expertise in the education sector.

Manage and supervise the work of the team, reviewing outputs against set standards.

Meet client needs in new initiatives and programs according to the agreed scope of work, ensuring high-quality standards that guarantee client satisfaction.

Review periodic reports, performance reports, and technical and executive reports, submitting them to the CEO for necessary actions and decisions to ensure efficient workflow.

Set goals and performance indicators for evaluating departmental staff and assess their performance regularly in a fair and transparent manner, in line with the company’s performance evaluation system. Monitor performance results, compare them to set goals, and suggest appropriate corrective actions to improve performance.

Supervise the development of staff skills and competencies, assess training needs, and determine the necessary training programs in coordination with the Training and HR departments.

Supervise and participate in knowledge exchange and provide technical support to all staff, continuously improving their performance.

Allocate tasks among department staff, ensuring that responsibilities and powers are understood and adhered to in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Manage effective communication between department members, external parties, and relevant departments.
Experience:

10 years of experience in education and the planning and implementation of initiatives.

In-depth knowledge of the education field, modern methods, and international practices. A network of strategic relationships in this field is preferred.
Education and Specialized Certifications:

Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional certifications in project management.
