Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager: Factory Operations, based in Noida. The General Manager will oversee daily factory operations, including production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include optimizing production efficiency, managing overall operations, and ensuring that high-quality standards are met. The role involves strategic decision-making, leadership, and collaboration to streamline workflows and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

The person applying should have overseen company operations with below certifications for their production facilities:

Mandatory:

1. ISO 9001

2. IATF 16949

3. Core Tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC)

Recommended:

4. ISO 14001

5. ISO 45001

6. IPC Certification

• Strong expertise in Production Planning and Operations Management
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Production Management to ensure optimal performance and adherence to standards
• Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Operations and related processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to optimize factory performance
• Familiarity with the EV or related industries is a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a relevant field
