Manager
- Bringing guests and team members amazing dining experience through;
- Managing the dining floor
- Greeting guests & giving hospitable experience
- Ensuring ultimate guest satisfaction
- Attending to any complaints/issues or escalations that need immediate attention by guests or team remembers
- Overseeing all dining room appearance, cleanliness & safety of dining room area, equipment, and all fixtures.
- Manage Resy; reservation platform with hosts, large party and walk-ins.
- Provide effective support/assistance to all areas below (when/as needed):
- Receiving deliveries & ensuring accuracy (Café, BoH)
- Providing support and supervision
- Expo Manage quality of food (daily), run food
- Café: Manage quality of beverages and pastries (daily).
- Manage FoH team: (servers, SAs, hosts, Bartenders, Barista's and Café), & provide support and assistance to the team, including but not limited to team conflicts.
- Bar supervision and bar tending. inventory control and management.
- Check servers at the end of their shifts to make sure all their daily check lists are done Ensure checklists are done and all tasks for the day are completed.
- Manage FoH labor.
- Hiring, training and coaching team. Work on improving team performance reviews by implementing course correction strategies (daily).
- Check and adjust time cards for the FoH team (daily).
- Manage and maintain safe inventory Go over café & Bar deposits (daily).
- Respond to emails; to book large events, Wagner room reservations, inquiries, reservation refunds, etc.
- Manage FOH team schedule 2 weeks in advance and review it (daily) depending on changes anticipated volume.
- Responsible for placing orders and maintain inventory FoH stock Check inventory of FoH supplies, ordering as needed;

- Conduct regular FoH staff meetings and daily huddles
- Update Toast point of sale as/when needed. Toast technical support, refunds, rewards, etc.
- Proper Team Building, Recruiting, Conducting interviews, hiring onboarding and over seeing training procedures/schedules.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
