General Manager HR and IR ( FEMALE)

Location: Corporate Office, Pune
Industry: Global Indian Conglomerate – Equipment & Machinery Manufacturing
Experience: 20–25 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM/MPM in HR; Law Degree / Diploma in Labour Law preferred
Preferred Location: Candidates from Pune / Aurangabad / Nashik or nearby locations will be preferred.

Position Overview

The General Manager – HR & IR will lead the Human Resources and Industrial Relations function for the company’s India operations. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing complex industrial relations, multi-location HR governance, labour union management, compliance, and people development across the company’s manufacturing facilities. The position requires strong IR expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
