This is a unique opportunity to train directly with our current General Manager and step into a leadership role, shaping the success of our store. Our group is currently based in Baltimore, with 6 Franchise locations and we are looking to bring on energetic team members to grow with us in our expansion!

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to begin as a General Manager in Training. You will undergo an intensive, hands-on training period working alongside our current GM for the next two months. This apprenticeship is designed to fully prepare you to take over all aspects of store management and lead our team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, train, schedule, and motivate a team of insiders and drivers. Foster a positive, high-energy, and healthy work environment.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Sales & Profitability: Drive sales growth, manage store budgets, control costs, and execute local marketing and community engagement strategies.
  • Inventory & Quality Control: Manage inventory levels, minimize waste and shrinkage, and ensure the consistent high quality of all food products.
  • Customer Service: Uphold exemplary customer service standards, promptly resolve any customer issues, and ensure every guest has a great experience.
  • Administration: Handle cash management, utilize the POS system, manage payroll, and maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a pizza or fast-casual environment.
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example and enjoys working alongside their team.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with skills in inventory control, cost management, and retail math.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus!

What We Offer:

  • Comprehensive Training: A dedicated 2- month training period with our current GM to ensure a smooth transition to another location and set you up for success.
  • Guaranteed Training Pay: $16.00 per hour during the initial 2-month training period.
  • Promoted Salary: Upon successful completion of training and promotion to General Manager, a yearly salary of $41,000 - $46,800.
