Purpose Of the Job:
This role supports the Kaizen Direct Manager in planning, executing, coordinating, and facilitating Kaizen initiatives across ALJ’s businesses. It drives key programs such as Kaizen E-learning, the Kaizen Marathon, the Kaizen Masters Development Program, and Revised Hoshin Kanri to ensure strong engagement, alignment with The Jameel Principles (TJP), and strategic goals.
Key Accountabilities:

Support in developing and implement strategies for nurturing the desired organizational culture

Support in Designing and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement through Kaizen

Support in developing and implementing leadership and manager programs to nurture Kaizen culture
Major Activities:
-
Support the implementation of Kaizen culture development initiatives across Corporate Functions and SBUs in alignment with the organization’s vision and strategy

Coordinate the planning, promotion, and rollout of initiatives to drive engagement and continuous improvement across all business units

Lead through Collaborating, Coaching Kaizen Points of Contact (Kaizen Ambassadors), HRBP and Key stakeholders in the effective delivery of Kaizen activities, and ensure its consistency

Track and monitor current Kaizen E-learning participation, progress, and effectiveness; prepare reports and insights for management review

Lead Kaizen Marathon activities from end to end

Contribute to identifying proper KPIs and establish new ones if necessary for the initiatives, aiming to drive standardization and then further improvements

Document and share Kaizen success stories, lessons learned
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

Minimum Qualifications
: Bachelors in Business Administration or engineering or IT or related field

Minimum Experience
: Minimum 5 years experience in management, organizational development or Kaizen roles.

: English (Arabic preferred)
