We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Marketing to lead our marketing and branding efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, driving brand growth, and ensuring effective communication and positioning of the company in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with the company’s goals.
- Lead marketing campaigns, brand management, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and target audiences.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising.
- Manage the company’s public relations, media engagement, and corporate communications.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support lead generation and client acquisition.
- Monitor marketing budgets, analyze performance metrics, and report ROI.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic marketing, branding, and campaign execution.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
