About the Role

Lead the full-cycle unlocking of stranded/undervalued natural-gas feedstock (raw, associated, flared) into high-value LNG, power, data-center and digital products: secure supply, craft downstream schemes, raise capital, build & run projects on time/budget, and keep government allies onside.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying and developing underutilized upstream natural gas resources, including natural gas, associated gas, and flare gas. Engage with resource owners to establish partnerships and secure resources through multiple channels to ensure stable supply.
• Creatively design high-value downstream products from low-efficiency resources, expanding into LNG, power generation, computing power, and data transmission markets. Promote local utilization of resources through investment attraction and project implementation.
• Responsible for arranging project financing, identifying potential investors, and supporting project development.
• Oversee project planning, construction, and operations management to ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient project delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with government authorities to obtain policy support and resource coordination, facilitating project execution.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Natural Gas Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in natural gas resource development and downstream product operations. Familiar with LNG, power, and computing markets, with proven capability in market expansion.
• Professional Skills: Proficient in natural gas resource development and downstream product design. Familiar with project financing procedures and experienced in project management.
• Comprehensive Qualities: Possesses strategic vision and innovative thinking; capable of formulating company development strategies. Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
